1. Use after washing your hair with the VOLUME VICTORY Shampoo and Conditioner.
2. Apply 2-3 pumps of the Styling Mousse to your hands and work it into towel-dried hair, section by section, from the roots to the ends.
3. Distribute evenly.
3. Style as usual, blow-dry, or leave to air-dry.
