The strengthening complex helps strengthen damaged lengths in just 3 minutes.

1. Gently massage the shampoo into wet hair and lather. Rinse thoroughly.
2. Apply the hair mask to damp hair once a week. Work it through the lengths and ends of the hair and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
3. If needed, distribute the Build Boost Treatment throughout the hair and leave it on for at least 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Massage the conditioner into the lengths of the hair, leave it on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
